quickstop, why can't 3 be next to 5? shouldn't it not be next to 2 or 4? can it be next to 2?
typo....shit. gotta go edit that post now
HedCold Wrote:The Sleeper Wrote:how would you do it with exponents?
5*5 - 1^5
yea that's the only possible way of doing it.
well then for quickstops

<!-- spoilerKillit --><table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td bgcolor="#000000" valign="middle" align="left"><font color="#000000" size="1">Spoiler (Highlight to Read):</font>

2 8 1 7
5 3<!--txtEnd--><!-- spoilerKillit --></td></tr></table><!-- spoilerKillitEnd -->
wrong...no diagnals., youve got 3 touching 4 and 4 touching 5
oh didn't read the no diangonals part
and hedcold was correct
so what is the best way to figure that one out? besides just randomly putting numbers in?
1 and 8 were the only numbers with 1 number that couldn't be near them, so it was easiest putting them in the middle. you then fill in accordingly
this is fun. more more more
yea, i wanna get one too. I feel dumb!
whoops i should have shrunk that
anywho here are the rules for it
Try to fill in the missing numbers. Use the numbers 1 through 16 to complete the equations. Each number is only used once. Each row is a math equation. Each column is a math equation.
Remember that multiplication and division are performed before addition and subtraction.
