Honestly I gotta side with QS what's he doin thats so dumb? Dumb would be leaving without tryin to get what he's owed. Plus he's actually put forth the effort to call up headquarters and all these places, most kids woulda given up and walked out. Atleast he's showing some passion and determination. He's 16 and it was his first job, he was just happy to be workin and didnt wanna rock the boat, he finally figured out he was bein screwed over and he doesn't wanna take it anymore. Quit acting like you're so old and wise, get over yourselves because I guarantee a few of you have done much stupider shit and you werent 16 it was probably within the last couple years.

My advice to you QS don't yell or get angry, always remain calm it's more intimidating than actually yelling.

of course. i was obviously joking about the chink stuff. and like you said...most would just walk away. i know like 3 kids that used to work there and still get annoyed at what they did, but never did anything about it. it isnt right morally or legally, and even if i dont get compensated, it shouldn't happen anymore

I actually stopped into the subway by me out of curiosity and they also have a tip jar by the register. Actually it's one of their empty soda cups but the thing I noticed is that it said tips "for employees", I asked the gook there and she said they all split it up at the end of the shift.

ive seen tip jars at subways before too.

If it says "for employees" they can't say nothin cause people are leaving tips for the employees, mainly the person who made their sammich.

Or they do it for the same reason I do, they get like 3 cents change and don't wanna carry pennies.

so i say "yeah thats what i have to talk to yuo about"

You should get some rat droppings and "drop" them in various places that the Health Inspector will look. It's always good to have a back up to the back up plan.

Do other people who work there or people who have worked there filed similar complaints? If not I would encourage them too, one complaint looks like an employee complaining and is usually dismissed, but when you have several complaints from both current and past employees all stating the same thing people tend to take notice.
