yeah i think i could definately get at least 2 more people to fill out complaints.

If you can get them to fill it out do so. I know these guys I know who worked at EB who had frequent problems with their District Manager, she would constantly forget to do the paperwork to get them their bonuses. Turns out she had done the same thing to people who left the company and they never wound up getting their money. The manager called around, got a bunch of employees, both current and former, to file complaints and send them to the corporate office....Needless to say they all had their bonuses within 30 days and the DM was sent for re-training.

yeah, because they come to the country and in one generation they learn the language and run a business.

well, that's poor business. And that's why they lose employees. They will eventually learn that it's bad business, and in the meantime they'll lose money due to excess employee turnover and training costs.

actually..i was working for about two weks until i noticed it and thats when they told me that they take everyone out for dinner every holiday. (which is actually every 6 months) i was just happy to have a job.
