You people are missing the obvious genius of the toaster oven. You can make anything short of ice cream in it, and it makes everything taste better. I've even cooked hot dogs on the "broil" setting in my oven. That, my friends, is the joy of cooking.
i use my toaster oven every day. i don't own a microwave
Toaster ovens are far superior than micros when it comes to reheating pizza. It's worth the wait.

A microwave can make some dandy steamed foods, get some king crab legs and some dill, wrap it lightly in a moist paper towel and wrap that in plastic.
2 minutes in the microwave and that is heaven
Damn and I forgot to get the king crab legs while I was out shopping for my vintage wines and buying caviar today.
Recipe for Macaroni and Cheese:
Buy 2 packages of Kraft Mac and Cheese.
Cook one package of macaroni.
Mix in milk, butter and both packages of cheese powder.
Throw out leftover macaroni.
Enjoy.

Velveeta shells & cheese owns all other M&C products.
And King Crab legs are really good, so long as they're meaty - a lot of times its all shell though.
