I made 7 Layer Dip for a party!

The joy of cooking a 7 layer dip is really the fact that get to eat it all by myself.

Indeed there are. If you count the scallions I will add after I warm it up, it will be 8.

The recipe said "if desired" and in fact, I do desire them.

i had mexican for lunch, chicken chimichangas!

I kicked it up a notch with serano peppers instead of milder ones.

Bam!

I got home a little while ago, and was looking forward to firing up the BBQ and cookin' up some burgers. Of course, I forgot that the burners inside are pretty much shot to hell (they're old and rusty) so now not only am I not BBQing, I'm stuck with eating pizza

i think i'm going to be enjoying the luxury of a bowl of cereal. or perhaps i'll splurge and have an egg salad sandwich.

Tomorrow I think I will make Baked Macaroni & Cheese.
