i don't consider washing your hands 5 times a day all that frequent. as for the teeth thing, i'm sure i'm in for a world of hurt if i ever actuallty get to a dentist. it's been years. but i use an electric toothbrush and i brush 2 or 3 times a day, the flossing i'm not so good with, but i try. i think my problem is when i was a kid we had this psycho dentist, my sister and i have both concluded that he scraped away at our teeth until we had a cavity because we've both had a few. but under the national health service if you had a dentist you stuck with him, because they were all starting to go private and it's almost impossible to get a free dentist nowadays.

I don't see how you could go from no cavity 6 months ago to root canal today. That's a bit extreme.

Flossing is one of the best things you can do for your gums and teeth's.
One of those Water Pik things will work well too. I prefer the Sonic Care system myself.

I use my fingernails to scrape off the film on my teeth in the morning, then I gargle it around with my first gulp of morning coffee, I aint got time for this brushing nonsense.

Your son must be so cool and popular with his buddies.
I bet he's always like "yo woman stop being such a square, ok daddy-o?"
