If i can remember it.
This may be typical stuff but I have personally never heard it used or atleast this often.

Theres a chick who works here and her and I don't really talk, mainly cause we have nothing to say to eachother and our interests don't share any common thread. I don't really notice her throughout the day but lately I have been noticing that at some time every month she is not in the office for a few days. Now there's been some speculation as to her involvement with some of the higher ups and favoritism, etc. She gets away with bloody murder, where anyone else would get torn apart in the same scenario.

So I asked the receptionist last week, what the fucks up with her getting time off every month? Turns out that when she gets her period she is allowed to take several days off to "deal with it". I personally have never heard of a woman doing this in any line of work I have been involved in or from other people. I mean I can understand once in a while she gets a bad flow going and can't come on or whatever. But to have time set aside every month and for it to be known that she's gonna need time off when the crimson tide rolls in, that's kinda fuckin strange, atleast to me. Plus now I think she's definitly bangin someone, I know any of us take an extra 5 minutes for lunch we get the gestapo treatment.
Maybe she suffers from dysmenorrhea.
i would leave a tampon on her desk so she gets the hint
Nos he's just a really lazy person, she sits around all day and reads magazines or trolls the web and I never see her on the phone with a client or faxing anything or even working with our system software for mortgages, let alone with an industry professional trying to network for referrals, nothing. She does have a new toy, its one of those keychain thingers that makes fart noises when you press a button... she presses it and then cackles out the most annoying laugh on earth. It wasn't funny the first 100 times and now she really won't stop... That just shows the level of intellect she has though, plus she really doesn't get that no one else is laughing. I mean we fool around the office and stuff but theres a point where you need to stop and actually do some work, plus we have clients in closings and you never know who is around.
I liked closing. My finance lady was hot. My realtor was ripping the seller a new one. And I just sat back and watched.

No one likes closing, you must live a pretty uneventful life.
Well, relative to what Ive heard about closing. Everyone says its sucks, mine was really easy, I had no trouble at all. I just sat there, signed my name a bunch of times, looked at the finance ladys breasts and joked with my realtor.
You had a buyers agent?
Depends, whats a buyers agent? I didnt get a mortgage through my realty company if thats what you mean.
closing was a real pain in the ass for us. the bank lawyer was 2 hours late, then we had to initial like 200 pieces of paper, and our agent was half pissed at us since we only used him to sell the house (we bought another with the money we made on the sale, but he wasnt a part of the buy - he was supposed to be, but we went and fouind this house on our own - fuck him) so he gave us dirty looks when it came time for him to not be involved.
My realtor had a cake job. I found the houses I wanted to see, he just arranged viewings and dealt with the issues I had with the seller.
well you said the realtor was yelling at the seller, the realtor in most cases represents the seller, not the buyer. Unless the buyer has a buyers agent, who represnts them in which case you would have paid the realtor a flat fee for their service. Has nothing to do with the finance, mainly having the realtor represent you in the entire real estate process of buying, making sure you dont get screwed by the sellers realtor or the seller.

In that case, I had a buyers agent, BUT he got paid by the seller under our agreement.
Shrewd
Not bad for my first purchase I guess.
