Rather than picking up take out this week, I'll actually be cooking for myself every night after work. I did make the pasta salad yesterday which I've been craving. Scallops and pasta tonight. Chicken enchiladas tomorrow. Beef stroganoff later in the week. I'm kinda psyched.

I plan on making spaghetti & meatballs sometime this week, bought the ground beef yesterday.
We've been trying to cook more, but with the kid it's not very easy. He's starting to sleep better, so therefore so are we - so we have more energy to do things.

I figured after last year neither danked nor laz would have any interest in returning, plus danked basically said nothing about the game until the commercials came on.
