Thats the documentary I wanted to get last week at best buy but they didnt have it.
I fuckin missed it last night.
they are replaying part 1 january 23rd and part 2 january 30th at 3 pm
There's a reply of both parts back to back on saturday the 22nd at 3pm
It sounds too complicated anyway.
this is where you drop knowledge on him anyway
I'm still pissed they nixed the Sonny Liston movie 'Night Train', that coulda been an awesome film.
one of Jack Johnson's nicknames: "the big smoke"
That really wasn't a nickname, it was more a slur like coon or nigger used to describe him and other boxers of the day.
Whats amazing is that he fought exhibition bouts up until his death, he fought his last exhibition in 1945 at the age of 67.
if johnson was a bad technical fighter and fought amateurish brawls then gonzo is all over it.
according to the movie he was very good technically and outmaneuvered most boxers
then gonzo wont like him.

Johnson was one of the greatest champions ever and you not knowing just further proves your complete lack of knowlege of the sport, so please cease talking about it.
i know all about johnson, you turd. i was making a point about your love of bad fights.
People re-write history to make the black athletes more cerebral than they actually were to seemingly correct past racism.
did you watch this or did you just assume that happened?
