maybe he's bi. she makes a great beard.
I don't remember what was the compelling evidence that has everyone thinking he is gay.
he hung out with Sam Champion on Fire Island.
Quote:Brace yourself for Norah Jones' musical makeover. The Grammy-winner, who straddles folk and jazz, tried out a harder rock sound at an unadvertised gig at Don Hill's the other night.
Abandoning her piano, Jones strapped on an electric guitar and jammed with a Japanese girl and a guy on drums.
I can see that going real well.
the "compelling" evidence is from the tidbit that there is an east coast baseball catcher who is gay. the rest is supposition is was Piazza. It is, from what I understand it to be Mike Lieberthal, from the Phillies.
As it has been said:
"He can't be gay. No gay boy worth his Madonna CD's would be seen on TV with Piazza's straggly hair. "
- a gay man
odds are there is a least one gay player on every team, statistically its probable theres even more than one on each.
Not the Yankees though. George spends a pretty penny every year on expensive homosexuality examinations for his players, examinations that other teams simply can't afford.
jerry rice is gay. so is keith hernandez
Hernandez?? The Marlboro Man?!?!?!
Isn't Jerry Rice married with children?
And it's only about 1-2% of the population is gay. I don't know why this 10% number gets so bandied about. It's so obviously not close to accurate.
And that's the general population. And since gayness is biological, it's likely it's not a steady 1-2% across various sub-populations. You can't just apply broader statistics to a smaller population. Are only 1-2% of male hairdressers gay? Or broadway actors? Or figure skaters? Surely there are a higher percentage of them in those fields, which lessens the amount in "man" fields, like football and baseball.
I say: 40 man rosters; 32 teams = 1200+ players. I bet there are less than 10 pooftas playing pro baseball. And I bet they all suck because girls aren't as good at sports as men.
terrel owens and randy moss are both gay
a friend of mine writes for the ny times sports section and he swears that its well known in the profession that rice and hernandez are gay.....but not with each other....i think.
he also told me once that a mariners orioles game a couple of years was cancelled because a speaker fell of the dome. he said it was really because ripken was going to miss the game for legal reasons and MLB didnt want him to break his streak and not make the record.
that's my favorite consipiracy. Ripken annoyed me. That streak annoyed me, and he wasn't even that good offensively.
my sports writer friend swears its the truth and that there are legal records in baltimore that back it up. he said it was never printed because it was discovered too late and that there was a gentlemens agreement between them and selig.
what does your sportswriter friend have to say about piazza?
he has never alluded to anything in regards to that fag's sexuality.
