Goodfellas shoulda ended when the garage door went down after Tommy got hit. The rest of it with the coke and the helicopoter following him, and the court case, and all was just stupid. it was about 25 minutes too long.

I have said that since I first saw the film when it came out in 90, it's a great film up until pesci's character dies and liotta becomes the focal point for the rest of the film with everyone else fading out. It should have been edited down to a fifth of what ended up on the screen. There were some key moments like paulie saying goodbye but the rest was just fuckin retarded and reminded me a lot of full metal jacket how it almost turned into 2 different films.

and yes bracco is fuckin horrific and no she didnt look like liz taylor, that musta been the coke talkin hendry
