?

- Galt - 01-28-2006

I know the answer because of Google, but I'm not going to spoil it.

- The Sleeper - 01-28-2006

out of curiosity, what phrase did you google?

- Arpikarhu - 01-28-2006

i call bullshit

- The Sleeper - 01-28-2006

you can PM me, galt

- Arpikarhu - 01-28-2006

defending team gets a point if they either block the kick and run it all the way back or intercept a pass or recover a fumble and run that all the way back during an extra point(s) conversion

- Arpikarhu - 01-28-2006

After a touchdown, the scoring team is allowed a try during one scrimmage down. The ball may be spotted anywhere between the inbounds lines, two or more yards from the goal line. The successful conversion counts one point by kick; two points for a successful conversion by touchdown; or one point for a safety.

Quote:that would be worth 2 points, genius

- The Sleeper - 01-28-2006

nice googling. explain how it would happen in your own words

- Arpikarhu - 01-28-2006

if a team goes for an extra point or two point conversion, and the defending team acquires the ball during this attempt and run it back, its one point. TA DA!

- The Sleeper - 01-28-2006

no it's worth 2 points. TA DA! I like how you completely missed the answer when it was under your nose

- HollywoodJewMoses - 01-28-2006

haha arpi is stupid

- Keyser Soze - 01-28-2006

defending team tackles the other team's player in the opposite endzone during an extra point attempt resulting in a safety but in this case a safety only worth 1 pt instead of 2.

- Bloody Anus - 01-28-2006

The ball was inexplicably spotted at or around their own 1 and there was a safety.

- Arpikarhu - 01-28-2006

not according to the NCAA rules site. its one point. TA DA!

- The Sleeper - 01-28-2006

keyser is correct. the way this was simulated in NCAA 2006 was scoring a TD and then running backwards into your own end zone for a safety.

- The Sleeper - 01-28-2006

arpi you are a moron.

Quote: two points for a successful conversion by touchdown

running back a blocked extra point is a touchdown

- Keyser Soze - 01-28-2006

what a dullard.
