nah ascap charges lame ass bands like keyser's for reproducing material that other artists have copyrighted. Instead of trying to carry out their own accounting as to when people play their song on the radio, use it in commercials, ect, they pay a fee to ascap to collect the money and make sure that they get their share of it.
