Well I take offense to the deviance part, I said it was an accident and I didn't do it on purpose and it isn't a recurring thing.

I didn't think about it, hence the term accidently and without purpose. In fact I did turn my head and still got hit, I couldn't turn to my side cause I was on the couch.
