I experimented the other day with a scoop of mayo, a squirt of dijon mustard, and some sundried tomato type seasoning mixed together. It was heavenly.
Voted mustard.

mustard is my preferred dressing on all sanguiches, but if I were to use mayo it would only be on a roast beef & provalone here with lettuce, tomato & onion (with a bag of Lays Salt & Vinegar chips)
