A whole week isn't enough time to return a DVD?

Are your stores located in Tibet?

- HollywoodJewMoses - 01-10-2005

- Hawt Baux - 01-10-2005

Just checking.

Blockbuster sued

- Goatweed - 02-18-2005

Quote:"The fact is there are no longer late fees at Blockbuster," the company said.

then what's the "restocking fee" ?

fuck BB, they're only good for renting movies you wanna rip onto DVD. Movies On Demand rules.

- Tequila - 02-18-2005

Not only do they try to charge your credit card but the charge is not $20 is about $100. Another lame ass video store tried to do that to me but the laugh was on them when my Credit card was cancelled and they got no money for Shaka Zulu

- Arpikarhu - 02-18-2005

so this means that :
1. you are a thief
2. you have shitty credit
3. you are a deadbeat.

your posting this information must mean that you are proud of these accomplishments. no surprise here.

- Keyser Soze - 02-18-2005

i dont like the lawsuit even though they really arent ending late fees, i appreciate they wont charge me for forgetting to return a flick after a couple of days. the lawsuit is bad for consumers.

- Arpikarhu - 02-18-2005

how is it bad for consumers? it fights false advertising and hidden fees. if you mean cause lawyers cost money and therefore prices go up to offset these fees, then i call bullshit. fees might go up in the short term, but they will drop in the face of competition and consumers will be all the more safer for the lawsuit.

- Keyser Soze - 02-18-2005

if the lawsuit causes them to completely remove this new offer instead of being more clear about the offer, then i think its a loss for consumers. if they simply are forced to clear up the offer without removing it, i agree with you.

- Arpikarhu - 02-19-2005

if they have to remove the offer then get a netflix account. no loss.
