i went to subway last nite all excited to get one of those new turkey bacon melt wraps. well they didnt have a wrap so they had to put it on regular bread and he didnt even melt grated cheese on it. they look nothing like the ads!!! it sucks!!!

I was gonna try the wrap as well but I saw them make one, it was terrible looking. They also didn't melt the cheese and they wrapped it so sloppy it looked more like a taco than a wrap.

watching food commercials on tv makes me hungry, but then when you get to the place, and see what it really looks like with out the makeup and the lighting, and special effects.... its such a fucking dissapointment

food on TV is all cold and most of it is raw (makes everything look fresher) with only areas that are visible cooked. Like for a turkey on Thanksgiving, the thing is frozen, painted brown, then the one slize that's cut off, is cooked with a hair dryer and spritzed so it looks moist.

Fruit is also painted to look fresher and more colorful.

I know in cereal commercials they pour elmers glue on the cereal to impersonate milk cause the milk causes the cereal to get all mushy. Im not sure about this but also in ice-cream commercials they use a type of clay instead of the ice-cream cause it melts under the lights.

I never knew they put make up on food, this is fascinating.

Do foods get jealous of eachother and argue over the size of their campers and trailers? Like the whopper and big mac have diva wars, that would be amazing.
