mayo is only good in salad- tuna , chicken , potato. it should be left off all deli meats.

Mayo is only good for putting in one's hair. It is an excellent conditioner, but you may yak before it's all washed out.
For this reason I use regular paul mitchell stuff instead. Not on samwiches.
