It looks like he's basically guilty of deception. Which is bad enough.
From his website:
"Yesterday I was told that Disney, the studio that owns Miramax, has officially decided to prohibit our producer, Miramax, from distributing my new film, "Fahrenheit 9/11."
So he knew all along that Disney wasn't going to distribute his film, but he just learned that it was "official".
He's the left's Ann Coulter.
