- Sir O - 06-11-2003 I didn't even know about this until now. Out of curiosity, what did all the celebs they had on score? Is there a summary online anywhere? I'm going to take the test now... - Galt - 06-11-2003 All I know is Drew Pinsky scored a 138. Te scores were all messed up. Pretty much every group had an average of over a 110 which is supposed to be statistically impossible. I got 12 wrong on that test w If you like this, you can go to Mensa and take a practice test (workout). I got three wrong -- all language questions. I think I did better on this test than the one online because there wasn't a time limit per question. There was a time limit on the test, but I could go through the test, and then go back over the ones that I wasn't sure about or skipped altogether - Arpikarhu - 06-11-2003 12 wrong? LOL!! - Sir O - 06-11-2003 I guess this test is a good indicator of your approximate intelligence, but it seems very flawed to me. None of the questions were particularly challenging (with the possible exception of the last 2 in the memory section), while any true IQ test will have a number of questions that only people with incredibly high intelligence will have a chance at getting right without guessing. Also, looking at the scoring conversion chart, it doesn't seem like the questions were weighted, which means a correct answer for the easiest question counts the same as a correct answer for the hardest. And for a perfect score to translate to a 135 IQ is just fucking stupid. Interesting, if nothing else... - Galt - 06-11-2003 I think it was 12 wrong. I had like a 122. It was over 120 I know that, but not much more than that. - AdolescentMasturbator - 06-11-2003 I thought it was interesting that they kept pointing out if you had 130 or higher you were a genius but in reality you have to have 150 or higher to be a genius. - Arpikarhu - 06-11-2003 the scale they used was not the same as the general iq test. they made that clear at the beginning. ![]() |
