I don't know about you guys, but when I feel really shitty I usually turn to music...to either wallow in my self-pity or make me feel better
Days of the New - 3 and Janis Joplin was all that I needed to feel better yesterday(plus some :fuggin: and a great Robbins book) ...Kyuss and Ben Harper always do the trick too
What music helps you through all the bad shit?

it depends what has me upset, but i either put on cold, slipknot or tool. those three usually help.
