So I see we can rate other members by going to their profiles.
And interesting option....
Rates 1 to 4 are available....
but what is the system....
Is one the best?..... or does it work like stars, the more the better, I am very confused.

attention moderators, I think you should insert .5 intervals into the rating system, as I am so torn when I'm trying to rate members. For example, I gave Ken a 3, when really he is more of a 2.5. Seeing how important this rating process is, I hope you take my suggestion into consideration.
