I really want a cigarette, but I lost mine the other night. So I told myself:
1. they are to expensive to go losing, so don't but more till you would have run out
2. I cough too much right now
3. maybe I could quit
What should I do?

I wanted to cut down, but my friend smokes like a fiend & I end up keeping pace.
And I would have figured brands didn't matter. Someone told me to try Winston, no additives. And I forget why, but they weren't good.
And I only smoke Ultra-light anyway. I just get sick all the time, chest colds.
