I actually saw a deer in North Hudson Park once. I thought I was losing my mind, but I have 2 witnesses who also saw it. It was freaky.

I believe Ladi is riht, that is the "scarecrow" owl, they use them all over the place to keep pigeons, gulls and some rodents away
