I'm good for 3 to 4 on a weekday, weekends a few more depending on what I'm doing (a lot more if I'm hangin' out and drinkin').

cold turkey. every time i wanted one, i would look at the cigarette and say to myself ," are you gonna let that cigarette be stronger than you?". then i would take a really deep breath and the urge would go away.

my will power is horrible, I need to really motivate myself. Once I start working out again I plan on making a serious effort to give them up.

I'm back to a pack a day. I quit cold turkey for 6 months last year, but that went out the window when I got drunk at a friend's wedding. Someone handed me a cigarette and an hour later I was crossing the highway in my suit to buy my own pack.
I'm going away this weekend and I'm not going to bring any cigs with me. I just have to do it cold turkey again.
