- Faceman - 11-13-2003 I was just wondering if anybody on the board uses one of these with their ps2 and how good or bad it is. Im thinking of getting one for christmas so I can play madden and other games online. So what is the verdict on it....good or bad? - Goatweed - 11-13-2003 I've used it with socom and it works well - it's pretty basic, you just plug it in and let it install to the memory card. As for performance, it does what it does - most times if theres a connection issue, its on the server's end (at least thats what ive noticed with socom). - Keyser Soze - 11-13-2003 ![]() - Faceman - 11-13-2003 ![]() Thanks for the help goat Edited By Faceman on 1068744323 - Keyser Soze - 11-13-2003 ![]() - Faceman - 11-13-2003 ![]() - Mad - 11-13-2003 I use my PS2/NA all the time for SOCOM, that's until SOCOM II came out. Easiest way to game online without a lot of bullshit. - QuickStop - 11-13-2003 theres no reason to not own one if you have a ps2 and have a broadband connection. so many games have online now...its a nice bonus - LZMF1 - 11-14-2003 ![]() - Ferret - 11-14-2003 It works just fine with the cable modem. Highly recommended. |
