- Goatweed - 11-17-2003 It worked for me - FREAKY!!!! Try this formula & U will discover math is interesting >Ignore your area code & using only the 7 digit phone number: >1) key-in the first 3 digit of your phone number into the calculator >2) multiply by 80 >3) then plus 1 >4) multiply by 250 >5) plus last four digit of phone number >6) plus last four digit of phone number again >7) minus 250 >8) divide by 2 at last >Is the answer your phone number??? Strange how this works - Danked - 11-17-2003 Considering you work your phone number into the equation, it ain't so freaky. - Skitchr4u - 11-17-2003 someone had too much time on their hands to figure that out! - Goatweed - 11-17-2003 I think I'll go back to trolling RF.net. - Danked - 11-17-2003 FREAK 'EM OUT!!! Addition and multiplication!!!! Blow their minds, man. - HedCold - 11-17-2003 Danked Wrote:Considering you work your phone number into the equation, it ain't so freaky.^^^^^ - Goatweed - 11-17-2003 Danked Wrote:FREAK 'EM OUT!!!they moved my thread, and all I said was "hi". If I throw some math their way, they'll probably delete the thread and ban me. - The Sleeper - 11-17-2003 Here's a good one! Think of a number from 1-10 add 5 subtract 2 multiply by 3 divide by 3 add 2 subtract 5 YOU'LL GET THE SAME NUMBER YOU THOUGHT OF ORIGINALLY! HOLY SHIT! - Hybrid - 11-17-2003 HedCold Wrote:yeaDanked Wrote:Considering you work your phone number into the equation, it ain't so freaky. - Goatweed - 11-17-2003 fuckin' ingrates!!! - Galt - 11-17-2003 apparently, everyone but me has figured out the math trick to this. What is it? Someone please explain. It's not as cut and dry and Sleeper's - diceisgod - 11-18-2003 You're basically multiplying the first three digits by 20,000 (in a roundabout way) and adding 2 times the last four digits (adding the last 4 digits twice, steps 5 and 6). The last step is to divide it all by 2 which is your phone number. - Danked - 11-18-2003 And learning is half the battle! |
