I have this thing growing out of the side of my neck. It's rediculous. It's not a pimple because I can't pop it, but it hurts like the Dickens when I try. It is protruding at least two inches from my neck.

Luckily, it's right under my collar at work, so no one can see it. But if it doesn't go down in the next month or two, I'm going to go to a doctor.
