When you have like a stomah flu, or a bad case of the shits, the good bacteria in your intestines that help you digest food are excreted with your shit, and you have to replace them. You do that by either eating yogurt or taking bacteria supplements that you can get at a health store. I usually do the latter, and it causes your stool to darken.
