Neither do I, but if I work more than 8 hours in a day, they calculate an "hourly" OT rate (which is like $40/hr) and pay me accordingly.
It's also taxed separeately than my salary and at a higher rate which sucks initially, but when tax-time comes around it makes it all worth it.

Yeah but if he gets paid a flat salary, or some salary plus commision then they really dont care if he's in there 120 hours a week, he aint gettin no overtime.

exactly - a lot of the manager's here get that. Origianally, my position was OT-free but when they offered it to me I said I would take it only if I got OT, and they agreed. I don't work 80 hour weeks that often, but I work 10-15 OT hours a week on average.
