This is why sometimes giving people a voice sucks, every other time a date was picked and people were told to be there. So this is getting a bit confusing, i'm gonna wait for alkey to get off away and the only solution I think is a vote on both boards.

We put up the top 3 dates, July 18th, August 2nd and a later date in august, and just have everyone vote for it.
