I hate people who have to set up questions, just ask what you need to know. I don't wanna hear a biography before you ask me a question.

I hate when you ask someone a simple question and get a five minute lecture on why what they told you is the correct answer. Yes or no would have sufficed. I already knew 90% of what you just spewed. Can I get back to work now?
