Regret

Everyone has regrets, you either learn from them or let them occupy your mind to the point where they overtake you. Learn from your mistakes but don't regret them. Cause life is one big learning process, you can't get up without falling down once in a while. I can't regret my mistakes because I would not be who I am without them.
