There's no reason for it not to pass. Still, it wouldn't surprise me if it all gets ruined by hypocritical baby boomers and soccer moms.
I've had my fair share of car accidents, there are already a ton of good, relatively cheap apartments out here, and pretty much the only way to get a decent raise where I work is to be related to the owners. I don't see any of these things changing tomorrow, or even the next day.
