Oh, that was a pseudo-Santa. See Santa trains other Santas so he doesn't have to go to the bad neighborhoods. The Santa he was talking about was heading to Harlem and some sections of Queens and Brooklyn. While the real Santa went to Connecticut, Maine and LI to get more hash.
