Harrison Ford is lazy and overrated. he constantly takes roles where he does less and less. Alec Baldwin, on his worst day, can act circles around Ford. Ford is the worst of what acting can drop off to....so rich, so lazy, that he refuses to stretch, learn or grow. Affleck is starting to fall into that, much like Paul Neuman did for a bit.
