At the deli I worked at we used to get meat in these giant tubes. The literally looked like just hacked off human parts. The meat came in different categories, there was you 100% pure beef or whatever.

Then you had your 80/20 meats, 60/40, 40/60, and 20/80.

60/40 was 60% beef and 40%... eh who knows?

We used to get the 20/80 meat, 20% beef and 80% eh who knows?

Yet the customers loved it.
