I guess it depends on the pasta dish. To make a pizza may require the same cost of ingredients but not time. You gotta calculate all the costs and overhead. Pizza is something they sell a lot of and its made at a rapid pace, so the volume is such that they can afford to sell it for whatever price. Pasta dishes require having a kitchen, stove, pots, pans, a cook, a dishwasher, all sorts of spices and ingredients, boiling the water, etc etc. Plus some pasta dishes as GW said can actually be pretty expensive to make, like lasagna or manicotti.
