in the first place i worked we had brunch on the weekends and you could get a free bloody mary, mimosa, or unlimited champagne, so we had a lot of bottles, and used them, it was really shitty. where i work now i'd say i've served maybe 3 or 4 mimosas, ever. but i don't work brunch anymore. and it's not a real residential area so weekends are quiet anyway...
