I have never heard this guy's name in my life. Chairman of the SEC. That's some big stuff. Ask him really, what's so bad about insider trading? No one gets hurt. Bud Fox shouldn't have gone to jail.

Honestly, I watched Wall Street this weekend and I don't really see the harm. Such is life, you get a little info before everyone else does, big deal. It happens in a lot of aspects in life and business.
