yeah i dont really care about arguing about arpi.
ashcroft has three strikes against him...
1) he took money away from countering terrorism to go after porn.
2) he stopped flying commerical airlines due to the information he gathered that there was an immenient threat before 9/11
3) he lost his senate seat to a dead person
