I thought "the war" was over. Does that mean that the US still has Japs held over from the 40s?

I believe the problem is that some want him before a tribunal while others want iraq to deal with him. They wanna charge him with crimes against humanity and their main charge will be the gassing of the kurds over a decade ago but all this takes time.

Look how long it took to bring milosivec before the tribunal, I think hes still being charged with stuff.
