actually he understood it alot better than you. you said i sold it to my dad which is the complete opposite of what happened. i did a straight cash for stock swap with the old man, as well as 2 other cash for stock swaps. this is how i got it for the lower price and then sold it the next day. my father. while wealthy, is very conservative with stocks and has made a few of these deals with me that he has later regretted. he shoud stick to real estate.

I love him. He's like those happy old people who become known for sitting by the side of a busy street and waving to passing cars. People drive by regularly and beep just to see him and get him to wave to them.
