Election Fraud

Even if there is not decisive enough evidence of voter fraud, I think there should be more done to make sure that there is no future tampering and that every vote is fairly tabulated. I find it hard to believe that we are so technologically advanced, yet we can't seem to figure out how to run a fair election.
