Take one can of Skoal and put in a foam cup, cover with water and let brew at least 24 hours. While wearing rubber gloves place a cloth over the top and dump out the contents into the cloth. Squeeze the contents in the cloth into an aluminum foil pan. Discard the cloth and contents. Heat up the aluminum foil over a stove, the idea is to boil out the excess water and leave behind a high concentration of nicotine, which is a poison. Use to rid yourself of minor annoyances. Just be careful not to breath in the fumes as they will kill you, at least you'll get high before you die.
