Ruiz, I thought, came in to dismantle Roy, chomping at the bit, and threw some bombs in round 1. Roy still stood, and the shots coming back seemed to deflate Ruiz. Ruiz seemed afraid to engage Roy in the 2nd round and beyond. Then, Jones went to work. What an amazing fighter he is. The speed. The jabs. The movement and juking...reminds me of Barry Sanders. Though we'd probably all agree Lewis would kill him due to the size differential and the fact Lewis is a good boxer, I'll put this thought:
ESPN has a boxing poll up on their main page:
45% of people polled want to see Jones vs. Lewis. 2nd on this poll is 23.3% want to see Lewis vs. Tyson. Of course, glaringly missing is Jones vs. Tyson...but if the polls and interest rise on Lewis, money may be put on the table for Jones to take a shot. Jones would still lose, likely, but Hell...the David vs. Goliath story, even with a Jones loss, could really help the heavyweight division and interest in both fighters.

There are four kinds of people in this world: cretins, fools, morons, and lunatics.
