Quote:It was a defining match during a time he was decimating fighter after fighter. Bonecrusher hurt him in that fight.i dont think you ever saw this fight. he never hurt tyson. he held him for the entire fight. it was not a defining moment at all. i succinctly remember smith being derided during the fight by the announcers and after the fight by the press as having been cowardly and dull. this match was seen as another example of tysons dominance because smith's fight plan was to not get hurt by putting himself in a position not to hit or get hit.
Quote:you have a nasty habit of dismissing point and arguing, as of late, without taking or perhaps even processing what's being said.i am not arguing for its own sake. i just know that you are incredibly wrong in this instance. i have fully "processed" what you are saying and it is wrong. Smith and the fight was seen as a joke after the way he clutched the entire time. i remember the press callling him "bonehugger" afterwards. he faded into obscurity after this fight. if it was such a defining moment why was a rematch never called for? because it was a boring ,no contest fight because smith was to cowardly to mix it up.
I love him. He's like those happy old people who become known for sitting by the side of a busy street and waving to passing cars. People drive by regularly and beep just to see him and get him to wave to them.
That's just like our Arpi... except he doesn't wave or anything. He just says mean things to you.
