Concerto Suite for Electric Guitar and Orchestra in E flat minor LIVE might be one of the best albums I own, it's Yngwie with the New Japan Philharmonic.
Also if you haven't, download some of the videos off the net, his so-called "guitar lessons" are priceless.
edit: You know what I always found scary about Malmsteen's technique? Unlike other thrashers, his notes don't flow together, you can hear each single note played clearly. And you have to see his signature guitar, the scalloped fretboard is just so fucking cool.
