The dog was obviously a new born, it was no higher then my ankle. I wanted to choke it with it's own lease and then the owner.

I just noticed that, its like in the commercial when the dog mentions a 3 year leash and the guy says "LEASE!!!!"

But you're the dumb dog in this case.
