So I ran this command on my NT machine to get the Quick Launch toolbar (next to the start menu)
IE5SETUP.EXE /C:"ie5wzd /e:IE4Shell_NTx86"

And now my Start Button doesn't popup the Start menu.. All it does is indent (as though it did popup) Damn it!! I am looking all over to see how to fix this..

Anyone got any ideas? I was thinking that maybe it is a registry setting of some sort..
